“Using a menu from the London restaurant Bistrotheque as a starting point (chosen at random) I rationalised all the reasons why someone would go to a restaurant or choose a particular dish. By taking into account the company held, the time of day, the weather and much more I was able to create a massive handwritten flow diagram
Once I managed to nail down the structure of the diagram I worked it into a tessellating shape – allowing the flow-diagram to become a never-ending pattern of decision.”
